Hi, I hope someone can help :-) The keys on my Lenovo ideapad laptop operating windows 8 are really messed up.
R is now 9
T is now 4
O is now -
F is now #
G takes me back to the start of my typing
L is also #
V is now *

I suggest you test the laptop with an external USB keyboard. If it works correctly with the external keyboard then you will need to replace the laptop keyboard. Replacement keyboards might be found on Ebay or ordered from your laptop manufacturer. You should download the laptop maintenance manual to find the EXACT screws/parts to remove. It is often takes just 2 screw to remove a keyboard.
