If you have the the discs you would have got with the computer its very simple, just pop in the windows disc reformat the hard drive and install all over again along with the drivers which should be on another disc. if you dont have it you could get one. It all depends on why you want to do it, if its just because its started to chugg along you could just download some disk cleanup software but i always find the first option is usually less painless

IT all depends on your problem which again you havent mentioned, you could do a system restore i think its in control panel administrator tools or somewhere around there

Well you are going to need the discs then. Sometimes to speed up a computer you just need to clear the registrys try downloading CCleaner https://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ and clean the registry, you would be suprised at how much it perks it up, give it a go, you are going to wipe it anyway!! :)
