Hi kravindra984,
As you have mentioned the AC Adapter light goes off only after connecting to notebook, this indicates Motherboard failure and hence needs to be replaced. If you are referring to any other LED in the machine, please reply with details as to where this LED is located on the machine. Also, add the exact System Model Number of you Dell Inspiron Laptop.
