Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search box, type cmd. When "Command Prompt"appears in
the search list, right-click on it and select "Run as administrator".
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command.
sfc /scannow --> Press Enter.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
Once again try to access the control panel. After restart go to C:\Windows and look for a "minidump" folder --> Zip that folder and upload it to the site https://authentification.site and paste the download URL.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
The default location is C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump unless you have changed the location. Once again upload the minidump without making any changes.
Are you using Windows 7 64-bit?
Good Luck
