Hi rockmohan22,
Please try these steps and check if these steps help:
1. Disconnect any external peripherals connected to the system (especially USB devices).
2. Disconnect the power sources from the computer as well as from the peripherals.
3. Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to release any flea power in the computer.
4. Connect to the computer only the necessary peripherals and the power connection.
5. Try to boot from the disc and check.
6. If you are unable to boot from the disc in step 5, check in the BIOS Setup if the Optical Drive and Hard Drive are detected.
7. If the Optical Drive and Hard Drive are detected in BIOS, ensure Optical Drive is selected as the First Boot Device and then try to boot with the disc.
8. If the Optical Drive and Hard Drive or either of them is not detected in the BIOS repeat steps 1 to 3 and follow the next steps.
9. Remove the computer cover and re-seat the Optical Drive and Hard Drive connections. Refer to the Service Manual of your computer for Safety Instructions and steps on how to re-seat the Optical Drive and Hard Drive.
10. Restart the computer and check if the device(s) are detected now.
11. If the device(s) still not detected in the BIOS Setup, try connecting the non-working device(s) to another computer and check if detected in the BIOS Setup of another computer. If the device(s) are still not detected consider repairing or replacing the device(s).
