I can't connect laptop Toshiba to LG TV with HDMI (input). I have a cable USB to HDMI converter. Could u help me please?

Try this 1
Let us know the USB To HDMI Converter manufacture's name along with the model number if its there.
Have you installed the drivers if the converter came with a CD ?
