My toshiba laptop won't boot up

My toshiba laptop dont boot up I try the advances system F8 and it dont work I try the power button and holding the cer0 at the same time for factory reset and it start it doing it but it stop whit saying files could'nt load up so I being trying to run it againg but it do not want to work now i just keep gettin the same error that is 0x00000e9 an unexpected I/O error has occured please help

Hello,

Try this 1

1) First make sure that the hard drive is firmly connected.

2) Go to CMOS settings --> Load the default settings --> Set the first boot device

as hard drive --> Save the settings and exit from it.

3) If the problem still exists then follow the below instructions.

Find your hard drive manufacturer name --> Go to their website --> Download

the Hard drive Test Utilities --> Perform the test to check your hard drive status.
