This file does not have a program associated with it... Help plsClosed

Question

Hello everyone, 

I will really appreciate any help on this problem I am having: Every time I try to export a file from Accpac to Acrobat I get an error saying "this file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program, or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Program control panel" 

I don't know if it is all related, but I read something about the autorun.inf file, and I know if I insert any disc in my cd drive the pc shuts down. 

It is really frustrating to have to save every file before I can view and attach to email. Can anyone please help me with this?  I will be forever grateful.

Hello Ambucias,

Thank you, just to make sure, should I run the INF Association fix?  There are quite a few links there, and as I am on a company network I am a bit scared I download or run something that I shouldn't.

Opps, sorry.  You are on a company network.  Any solution I give you will not work.  You must contact the network administrator so that he or she can activate the appropriate software on your machine.
