My laptop windows is not start

now i'm having very big problem that is...
My laptop is getting start but after a comming dell logo and starting a windows 7 logo sudenly hardware working slowly and windows will not getting start and shows some message that ii this type
''launch startup repair (recommended)
start windows normaly''
that type message will shown. I tried both the option but my laptop will not work. I Diagnosed it that shows ''no prblm found''. I put the windows CD and not get install..... What can i do.....????
Please please please answer me........

thank u so much for giving your greatest time.
I tried install a windows 7 this type
F12>cd/dvd rom> insert a cd> then click ok.
It will run correly but after starting install shows message this type ''windowa starting'' but not get start.
I remove the CD and start the Laptop. Comming Dell logo but never open windows logo it shows ''launch window(recomended). And it did'nt start safe mode.

Please try running Dell 32-bit Diagnostics on your computer. Click here to find steps on how to run Dell 32-bit Diagnostics. This will help you determine if there is any Hardware Failure in your computer. If the diagnostics returns any error code(s), please add the exact text of the error in your reply and the exact System Model Number of your computer.

sir i complited diagnostic mode, but it shows my lap top hard drive is error. What i do nxt?
