Please try running Dell 32-bit Diagnostics on your computer. Click here to find steps on how to run Dell 32-bit Diagnostics. This will help you determine if there is any Hardware Failure in your computer. If the diagnostics returns any error code(s), please add the exact text of the error in your reply and the exact System Model Number of your computer.

I tried install a windows 7 this type
F12>cd/dvd rom> insert a cd> then click ok.
It will run correly but after starting install shows message this type ''windowa starting'' but not get start.
I remove the CD and start the Laptop. Comming Dell logo but never open windows logo it shows ''launch window(recomended). And it did'nt start safe mode.
