Laptop freezes at windows boot screen

Hello,

I have a big problem. my Acer netbook runs on win 7 starter and windows 8 on two different partitions. yesterday it developed a prob. i logged into windows 7 but everything jammed n could not even open any app or explorer window properly. then today my computer refused to even go further from the windows splash screen. it just jams there. I tried everything.... safe mode does not load. last known good configuration does not work. I tried doing system restore but still no luck. nothing happened. yesterday startup repair worked but today its not even opening.
then yesterday I could log into win 8 but then.same problem happened. the explorer and programs started jamming and today it also freezes at the splash screen. even win 8 doesn't load in safe mode, or last know good configuration doesn't work
please tell me what the problem is.

Hey there that's the problem when you instl. 2 OSs in one HDD wheather partitioned or not it can work after smetym it ill come to that. So here is the simple solution if there's still space in any of ur partitions then re install Wndws 7 when u finish go to wndws old open the user u ill find all ur old dcmnts thats first prtition scnd prtition go to my cmpter u ill see the othr prtition open it retrieve ur dcmnts i hope this ill help if not contact me.
