Help my hotmail has been hacked

Hi,

my hotmail account has been hacked and I have followed all the retrieval avenues and even talked to tech at the end of the call they wanted to charge me 69 dollars ...please answer my question because after too many attempts to retrieve i was told to wait 24 hours what happens next? all and any help is appreciated.

As you have already followed the procedure to retrieve or change the password and spoken to the advisor so that you need to wait for next 24 hours as the account will be blocked due to incorrect attempts. If you are not able to retrieve the old password then try reset the password by using your alternate email address.
