I have this USB 2.0 HDD External Box and a Maxtor Personal Storage 3200 which was given to me .when i last used it there was no problem and that was about 1 year ago.Mow i want to use it again it does not work.The message keeps telling me that i must insert a drive.not sure what to do.I use a Toshiba Laptop
