Yes i updated all of it.. Prior it was working properly..
If you reinstalled, did you do all of the updates? When you re-installed, you went backward in operation, you must now bring your hardware up to date with newest drivers, and versions of software. If you have not gotten all updates, then you have not gotten the neccessary version of encryption to connect.
