Good Morning,
So if I understand correclty, the users of your internet cafe can go in and alter the system settings?
Wow, you have given their profile access to that stuff? Set up a user profile tthat launches IE in Kioske mode (f11), and do not give them access to any system settings.
Where is your network/pc admin? I would suggest a little reaeding on management of resources and profiles.
