i cant access my pendrive..Closed

My computer recognizes my Transcend 16 GB pendrive..but whenever i click on it to open, it says that you need to format it,.. i tried to format it , but format is not completed...
after trying this way, i right clicked on the icon, and opt for "open"..
then again the dialogue box to format appears .. i cancele  it then windows shows me a message...."H:\ is not accessible
                    the volume does not contain a recognized
                    please make sure that all required file system devices are loaded and that              the volume is not corrupted"

what should i do now?

here's the way to format yr unrecognized or corrupted transcend pen-drive
1. go to this site http://www.transcendusa.com/Products/online_recovery_1.asp
2. download the on-line recovery tool according to yr need.
3. install it and plug yr pen-drive and run that software

its the solution through which i recovered my 3 unrecognized and corrupted transcend pen-drive.
try it .........
condition.....at least your pen-drive light should blink and its drive should be detected no matter whether it opens...
