Task bar not showing

Hi

One computer running windows XP and this computer is a part of computer network.
When i deleted some users profiles who logon to this computer. I was currently log on to localadmin to delete those users profile to free up disk space.
When i making restart the computer, i can log on to localadmin, but the problem is the task bar and start menu not showing even i try to hit windows key or ctr + esc ...etc..

Can you help me to resolve this to make task bar come back? why this appear?
I didn't deleted localadmin profile
