The hard drive has probably failed and needs to be replaced.

Hi ka.agrawal,
Please unplug your Hard disk & again plug it, if it not found try on another machine. Still not found then definitely your Hard disk gone & you have to recover your data by Data Recovery Expert. Please tell us..

go to the BIOS setup, & change the disk controller setting from AHCI to IDE. might worth the try.
