Hi Mattgennis,
Please check in the Disk Management if the Recovery Partition provided by the manufacturer is intact. This will be listed as a "Healthy (Unknown Partition)".
To access "Disk Management Console":
1. Press and hold the Windows Key on the keyboard and then press `R'.
2. In the Run Dialog Box type `diskmgmt.msc' and hit "Enter".
If the partition is missing or damaged, you will not be able to restore your computer to Factory Settings. In this case please contact the manufacturer for further recovery options.
