Dell Computer errors on startup

My other computer has started to have the Blue screen of death on startup every time it tries to boot up, I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 and I need to know how to system restore asap most of the menu's just crash when clicked on. And I know it sounds like I need a new computer ( which I do) but I dont have much money at the moment and it would mean alot if someone could help out.

PC Restore Instructions

Select the Operating System for which you want the instructions to perform PC Restore (restore factory settings) on you Dell Inspiron 1525.
