some problem wiv speaker Closed

Hello,
im carmen..
my laptop is compaq presario CQ40..
i felt weird with my speaker..because when i start my pc then it was the sound,and when i watch movie still hav the sound.but after i close the movie or after few minutes..then it dun hav sound anymore..but if i restart again my laptop,it has sound already~i really dun knw wat happen to that and wat is the problem...anyone can help me??

Are these external speakers? You probably have a dodgy multimedia driver, you need to find a new one go to the makeers site, they are usually there
