I have no any link but, I suggest you please check this hard driver to any computer repairing shop, Its best for data safe. because your driver may be show bad sector.

Did you try formatting using disk management?
Go to run and type
diskmgmt.msc
Right click on your HDD and format
Go to run and type
diskmgmt.msc
