Hi drukpa,
Please check and reply if your computer is exhibiting any of the following symptoms:
1. Press the Power Button and check the Power Button Light. Check if the Power Button Light stays Off, Breathing White, Solid White or Solid Amber.
2. Check if there is a blinking cursor on the screen.
3. Is the power button Solid White and there is no video on the screen?
4. Does the light on the AC Adapter stays on when it is plugged into the computer?
