hi sir,
i am from bhutan and i had a dell inspiron N4010 since from june 2010 and recently my laptop is going very slow and i try to shut down forcefully and then my laptop never get started and nothing display on screen. so i want ur help.....ur support is very important and m always looking forward ur help and support .

Hi drukpa,
Please check and reply if your computer is exhibiting any of the following symptoms:
1. Press the Power Button and check the Power Button Light. Check if the Power Button Light stays Off, Breathing White, Solid White or Solid Amber.
2. Check if there is a blinking cursor on the screen.
3. Is the power button Solid White and there is no video on the screen?
4. Does the light on the AC Adapter stays on when it is plugged into the computer?
