Toshiba Satellite L40 -15G battery and power led blinks Closed

Question

Hello,  my Toshiba Satellite L40 - 15 blinks the battery led power led won't power up...why hel please...

i remove all ready battery, plug the ac, nothing, leds keep bliking

i remove the memory one by one, and the same...

i remove the DVD drive, and the same, leds blinking...

what appens? what can i do...please help

the led blinks ins this order, battery led (orange) and then power led (green) is this right order fist battery led after power led...

Please help, please!

Updating info:

i press th power button to reset all the power on it, and the same bliking leds...

by the way the battery led stay on wild the power ( green ) blinks...

blink orange (battery led ), then stay on an blink green led (power) and stay like that, after let him do that fo wild, all leds stops blinking, stay all off, and no power or boot up...

Please help...
