Wi-fi connectivity

I have wi-fi modem Nokia Siemens residential 1500. I face the problem that "when the power to modem is switched off the wi-fi disconnects. When the power is again switched to modem the connection is not established automatically.

Time and again I have to activate the wi-fi feature using cable. when this is done the wi-fi works ok.

please give the suggestion

Hang in there.....

SO is the "modem" provided by your ISP? If it is, then get another one. If it is yours, then go get another one.
