Dell Laptop Problem

Hello,

I'm having a crazy problem with my dell laptop. Everytime I undock my laptop from my workstation and then get on an airplane the row above my home row, the delete key and several other keys stop working. I've never had the problem when I undock and am just at home... only when I'm flying.

As soon as I redock the laptop the problem subsides... any ideas?

When docked are you using an external keyboard through the docking station?

hey you know what... i also encountered this kind of problem... and a friend of mine referred me to this company from phil... and i must say they're great, they fixed my problem in no time... you might wanna give it a shot... check their site... company name is Supportrix
