My name is santhosh and am facing a problem with outlook for the first time. As i cannot send the e-mails from outlook. I tried to resolve them, as i gone with outlook help and followed and trouble shot them. I am spotting the errors:

TEST ACCOUNT SETTINGS:

Log onto incoming mail server (POP) : Your e-mail server rejected your login with secure password authentication (SPA). Verify your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.

Outlook Send/ Receive progress:

! Task "santhoshvmerugu@cryptiqcouncil.com - Sending" reported error (0x80042109): "Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your service administrator or internet service provider (ISP)."

Please resolve this issue.

Ok, this error is saying you are not set up with security correctly. Where did you get your account administration instructions from? Check your account login and password. Do you have a web portal that you can log into to check your password and login? Try using another interface to verify it works with the login and password you are using.

this one is saying it doen;t even find your server on the network. Once again, what server are trying to connect to? Can you ping it from a command line?

Please post back.
