Hi,

I am using office 2007 outlook, just want to understand is it possible to edit an sent email item. If an editing is done in the sent mail then how to check the same.

Your valuable guidance is must.

Short answer is no.

Once you hit send, outlook connects to the mail server its using, then hands over the contents of the mail item, effectively copying it and letting the server do with it what it will.

Once it is in the server's possession, and sent away, it is sent into cyberspace.
