Hi,
Yesterday my laptop fell down, and something happened to my laptop's screen. When i connect my laptop to an external screen i do not have any issues. IS my LCD screen broken?Do i need a new one? Or is a power inverter problem?If you follow the link you can see a picture of my laptop's screen. Half screen works fine and the other half is white.Sometimes the whole screen going white.

Sounds like the cable is fouled up somewhere within its own sleeve. Its just going to keep getting worst. Just get a new screen.

Hello,

Looks very much to me like some of your back lights are fried.

I would check with a technician to compare the cost of repairing or replacing.
