Laptop not starting windows

Hello,



my laptop dell inspiron N5010 not turning on after a sudden shutdown.actually it has no battery life and it was running on the charger. now when i turn on my laptop ,power is turning on,trying to start windows but not opening.what is the problem with my laptop ? please help me to solve this problem. thanks

hello rani

it can be problem something missing from it's boot sector it is possible when your laptop accidentally off at that time it's window's files or anything can be not properly close..... so may be you need to re install window and try this
reply if you need further help and if your window is not crashed.....
