Hi

I recently bought a soundcard (Roland UA-4FX), and installed it like the Readme said i should do.
It seemed like it installed as it should, but windows cant detect it. It shows up in device manager and sound options on the control panel, and I have raw audio coming from it.
But when I start Cubase it wont show up in the recording devices menu. Neither does the sound card application open ( in control panel), its just says "to make changes to the settings, please connect the device and execute again"

Thx in advance!

Yep, I've reinstalled it countless times. I also forgot to mention, when I've installed everything, everything that has to do with sound crashes. When I open up the sound manager in control panel, when I click the "recordings" tab, it crashes, and I get an error message saying "windows shell common dll has stopped working".

Ive also tried disabling the onboard sound device (Realtek HD audio).
