You probably have either a hardware or software problem that needs to be diagnosed by a local computer repair shop.

i did try the geek squad twice and they fixed the gmail, the browser still shuts down within a minute of no use..this is not a normal set time for it to shut down.. so off to see the wizard!( the wonderfull with a 40 dollar just to look fee, repair not included) ... wizard!...... wonderful wizard at best buy...sj
