Folder lock access denied

Unfortunately, after installing the Locker & locking some important files in it, I, being cautious, transferred setup files also in the locker, just leaving a shortcut accessible. But clicking the shortcut, the locker does not open, instead it says, you do not have authorization to access this folder. I'm unable to delete it as well.. what can I do? The folder is on D Drive, in Windows 7 PC.

Are you logged in as the Administrator? if not then you might want to log in as the Admin so you can go through. If this still doesn't work, back up all of your files and delete locker, transfer all your files using <REMOVED BY MODERATOR>and re-install Locker without having to put Setup Files in Locker. hope you find your way.
