Trouble downloading photos from a storage device

I'm having trouble downloading photos from a storage device. When I click on the Computer icon,,Removable Storage Devices E F or G do not show anymore as an option. Why is this? I cannot move pictures from my Targus card reader any longer. How can I fix this problem? Recovery(D) and OS (C) are shown. Devices with removable storage is in a drop down selection How do I return it to display the E F and G selection?

Please provide more information like your computer name and model number also what is your problem exactly is it that you cant see your usb and card readers?

Hang in there...if it worked....

Turn off the PC or Laptop.....

Unplug the Card reader (usb device)......

Turn the PC or laptop back on........

Plug in the reader after you get to the desktop, and everything has loaded.....
