seven, which i believe is going to be the CPU. sucks that dell does not feel that since they have had so many issues with this same computer that they will not fix it even though it is out of warranty. as i understand the only repair is to replace the mother board since the CPU is mounted directly to it. will not be buying ANY dell products in the future for this reason.
