Hi im wilfred I would like to ask if how im going to reset my laptop to factory setting? because when im going to reformat my laptop I notice I dont have the back up cd files when I bought if so please help to solve my problem asappppp thanks in advance laptop model toshiba SATELLITE A305-S6916

hmmp I followed the steps correctly but upon reaching step 4 the warning screen didnt prompt, only the windows showed up, what should I do please help me thanks

Try again. If it still fails, your recovery partition probably got corrupted and Toshiba provided no other means to reset. I would try to contact Toshiba.
