hmmp I followed the steps correctly but upon reaching step 4 the warning screen didnt prompt, only the windows showed up, what should I do please help me thanks

Try again. If it still fails, your recovery partition probably got corrupted and Toshiba provided no other means to reset. I would try to contact Toshiba.
