Hello

Try reinstalling the sound driver for your model, which you will find on the Dell website

Thanks Ambucias I didn't know how to fix it even going to the website..I got a specialist from Dell New Delhi India..and paid to have it fix and other malware on my computer...Now I've installed a new keyboard..but the number keypad is not working...Guess I will have to get in touch with Dell again ...

Can you help me instead?...Where do I go on the computer to fix the right keypad not working? thanks,Zumilda

Sorry you went and paid, we could have solved the problem here "gratos"

On the top left hand corner of your number pad, there is a key "num lock" press it to unlock the number key pad.
