I want to find the student Grade
My formual is :

=IF(OR(C12<35,D12<35,E12<35),"fail",IF(G12>=60,"1st",IF(G12<60 & G12>=50,"2nd",IF(G12<50 & G12>35,"3rd","pass"))))

please help me
