My laptop is not turning on (tried everything)

I purchased dell inspiron 15r 5537 laptop few days ago and it was working fine but today its not turning on after pressing power key continously , I removed the battery pressed power key for 30 sec nd tried to start it but still dont work plz help

Hello,

Try to removed the SO-DIMM and gently cleaned them with a pencil eraser.

It's a RAM comes in many packages, such as the dual in-line memory module, or DIMM.

You can clean the pins to ensure a good connection with the computer. Cleaning a DIMM only takes a few minutes.You Rub the copper pins of the memory module with the paper towel or eraser.
