Well, If you have a team for code, make your own.
I have seen hosted services fold after spending Money on a subscription, and you are out the money. That "chat service" says its uptime is 99%, not 5-9's. That last .999 is 1% of time lost lost! That last 1% could be in your prime time, resulting in 90% of your traffic not being served.
Have you looked at the requirements, so you are running this environment already?
*PHP 5.2.0 or higher versions.
*MySQL 5.0.2 or higher versions.
*Web Server (The most populars are: Apache, IIS, Nginx).
It is open source, I guess that is good.
