Ok, hang in there.
Do you have another cable to try? Cables fail all the time.
Have you tried another USB port?
As of right now, unless you washed the mp3 player, it looks like cable or port.

i tried another usb cable and different port and different laptop,i pressed the reset button but nothing happen.I didnt washed or dropped,it just didnt show on my laptop suddenly and now i dont have almost nothing of battery and cannot transfer my files only using the bluetooth option but no much power now.
