WD My Passport Enterpr isn't working it being and not responding

i used my external USB 3.0 hard drive 3 days ago but i plugged it in today and its not working i tried other computers i updated the drives i also uninstalled the drive and installed it still nothing i looked at its status and says its working properly but i when i look for it but still don't see it what should i do without losing anything on the WD My Passport Enterpr external hard drive.

About all you can do is disassemble the case and remove the hard drive. Then either mount it in a desktop computer or use a new USB hard drive enclosure. If the drive's OK but the USB electronics is bad this will allow you to see the data. But, 90% of these problems are found to be a failed hard disk.
