Dropping the hard drive can damage the read/write heads rendering the drive useless. It appears that has happened in your case.
Only a professional data recover operation has any chance of recovering your data. The cost will be thousands of US dollars.
Good luck

The hard drive may be damaged, Try not to do any experiments on it and take professional help. The hard disk has 3 basic components
1.Records (platters)
2.Arm (actuator arm)
3.Needle (read/write head)
These components must be in good working order, not damaged in any way, and a professional with the right equipment can determine what state these parts are in and ultimately save your data.
All the best !!!
