Starting yesterday my BRAND NEW laptop that I have not even had for 2 weeks will not load facebook. There is no error message, just a white screen like it's trying to load but never does. I have downloaded google chrome with the same result. I've tried the links to get to the login screen another way and that doesn't work either. Laptop is an HP Pavillion and Windows 8 running program. What do I do to fix this?!?!

Thanks for your responses! I cleaned all my temporary files and that didn't work. IE nor firefox were any better. I finally figured out I needed to update to Windows 8.1. It took like 4 hours but everything is working now. Thanks again! :)

I now this sounds really bizaar, but check your clock on your pc. Security is alot more than just passwords and user names.

I did find another trick that seems to be working, for now. Instead of going to facebook.com, type in your page address facebook.com/yourname.
