Screen closing

hello my name is carmen and i am having a problem, every time im watching a movie online the screen closed after a few minutes i still can hear the movie but no picture until i move the mouse, please help.

Hello,

can you please go to Start > Control Panel > Power Options

in the advanced settings (or it might say "choose when the display sleeps)

you want to change the time the display turns off.
