Vaio laptop factory settings

My vaio laptop cannot start up properly, I have tried the start up repair but invain. Something might be wrong with the windows. I want to do system recovery but I cant access full screen. Some buttons are not visible and I can't scroll. How can I do the full recovery from the keyboard? Or is there any solution.?
Please help.
