DELL laptop is not turn on. ANY TROUBLESHOOTING?

when i turn on my dell inspiron laptop.it is showing nothing only a black blank screen appear..i am hearing three beep sound continuously..and also i am hearing the sound of fan which was running inside my laptop..there is nothing wrong in charging also..
plzz help me with this...

Ok, hang in there.

It sounds as though your mother board has failed, as dell support site says to contact dell.
