Have you tried basic troubleshooting such as removing the battery for 1 minute and then putting it back on? could be that the voltage meter is overly fed and you might need to remove the battery to remove the excess amps in your motherboard.

Yeah i did that and changed the ram in the other slot the only thing i didn't check is the cpu i don't know how to do that but my battery is dead i use the AC Adapter and it's work's and sometimes stop charging until i moveit could this be a problem? i was planning to buy a new one with a new battery

Try this 1
Unplug the power --> remove the battery --> Hold the power button for 60
seconds to 2 minutes --> Connect the power supply then try to switch ON the laptop and later
Put the battery back into the laptop.
