This is the classic definition of "BROKEN".
If you can't see the logo or get into the BIOS then you probably have a hardware problem. About the only test you can do at home is remove one of the memory cards and see if it boots. Otherwise, you need local repair shop to run a diagnostic on the laptop.

Thanks i will try that and do you have any idea why the monitor does not work? I

Sorry there are hundreds of hardware problems that manifest this way. That's why it need "hands-on" access to diagnose. Laptops are often cheaper to replace than to repair.
