I don't know what I did here, but my computer won't let me get on the interent, sometimes, unless I use recovery, can someone help, I don't know a lot about computers

Please give us the details. What are you "recovering"?

sometimes it will let me go on, and then sometimes when I go to yahoo. it will try to load, but then it saids waiting for yahoo, after that I have to go to recovery and start a new recovery point, only after it , comes back on, I can get to opgen the yahoo, internet page,

Try running Exploder without any add-ons.

if you've recently installed or upgraded software firewalls on your computer, temporarily disable them to determine whether it may be the cause of Internet connection problems.

You might try this:
simply download ComIntRepair.exe from major geeks run the works and reboot and your done...
