You can buy a USB SATA hard drive enclosure adapter. Remove the hard drive from the laptop and plug it into the adapter. Slide the cover over the drive and attach 2 screws (you will need a very small Phillips head screwdriver). You might spend a few dollars more and get the USB 3.0 spec adapter since it will transfer data much quicker ( if you have a USB 3.0 port on the working computer. Here's a link to Amazon:
